Important Notes
1. Make sure you have permission of sharing and publishing the photos from all the creatives involved.
2. Credits will be given to Name & Instagram Username of all creatives involved in selected photos.
3. Make sure the creative credits are correct. Credit Correction after publication will not be possible.
4. Open Submissions will be processed after closing of submissions and only considered successfully submitted, when we share confirmation of that, after closing of submissions.
5. Preference will be given to submissions having complete details of all creatives involved.
6. We provide preview photos to all published participants.
7. Preference will given to submissions made by photographers, for their self or on behalf of model.
8. Submissions will be selected from all open submissions and priority will be given to submissions made through ‘Priority Upgrade’ services.
9.Low resolution of photos or screenshots will directly be rejected.
10. Submission without complete required details of involved creatives will be rejected.
11. Submit high resolution photos at time of making submission and rename the photos with the name of models (when photographer makes submission) or rename the photos with the name of photographers (when model makes submission).
Terms and Conditions
1. I HAVE PERMISSION FROM MY ENTIRE CREATIVE TEAM (Photographer/Model, MUA and Other) TO SUBMIT & PUBLISH MY IMAGES IN SARZE MAGAZINE.
2. I own this Photograph, and I own all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to SARZE Magazine.
3. I am granting SARZE Magazine the one-time, free of charge, non-exclusive right to use it in the following ways:
a.) To publish in print and online
b.) To publish it on social media and website.
4. I consent to indemnify SARZE Magazine against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against SARZE Magazine arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.
5. I understand and give permission for Minor Re-Touching on the selected photo, in order to make that print ready.
6. I understand that, once submitting my entry, I can not withdraw my submission and consent.
